Service Agreement
By signing up, you are hiring us to set up and host your website on a monthly plan. Please read the terms below carefully.
Scope of Service
We provide a website using one of our templates, customized with your branding and content. Hosting and maintenance are included in the monthly plan.
Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content you provide. We are not liable for the messaging, presentation, or materials on your website. Any claims relating to your content or use of the site are your responsibility.
Ownership and Platform
The website design, code, structure, and assets remain our property. The site is provided as a managed service and cannot be transferred, copied, or replicated.
Access and Editing
Administrator access is not provided. All edits are handled by our team under your monthly plan.
Payments and Billing
Startup fees and the first month are due immediately upon signup. All fees are non-refundable. Recurring monthly charges will process automatically. If a payment fails, your site may be suspended immediately without notice.
Cancellations
Thirty days written notice is required for cancellation. During this period, billing continues until the site is taken offline. No design or files are transferred upon cancellation.
Liability
All text, images, and other materials that appear on your website are created, adapted, or published based on information and direction you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others. We do not review or verify your content, and we are not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions that arise from what your website says, claims, displays, or promotes.
